Absolutely spot-on, but can you convince the advertisers of this? ;-)

I've always thought that advertising a service like e-music on my show would be golden (not affiliate-linking, but NPR style mention), or perhaps indie record labels, etc.

Even though I don't have the answers, this post is absolutely the right way to approach monetizing our shows.

Plus, many don't realize that the SKILLS they use to podcast, network, and promote their shows can be a source of revenue as well, even if not DIRECTLY from their shows...
