In some ways, maybe this did work that way- we need more feedback.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;One of the things I thought of is that the architecture of the space is also important- to encourage interactions and that sense of family, you need group discussion, hang out space- what I call the power of coffee and donuts- the natural way to encourage people to meet up and chat.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You can;t take this for granted, and it's worth making it a priority in where you are spending cash.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Whitney</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 08 Apr 2007 21:21:18 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
