In some ways, maybe this did work that way- we need more feedback.</p><p>One of the things I thought of is that the architecture of the space is also important- to encourage interactions and that sense of family, you need group discussion, hang out space- what I call the power of coffee and donuts- the natural way to encourage people to meet up and chat.</p><p>You can;t take this for granted, and it's worth making it a priority in where you are spending cash.</p>WhitneySun, 08 Apr 2007 21:21:18 -0000
