The more companies enable Web2.0 to expand the better it will be for the sector. What PR value they are getting - if you think of it.  We continue to be big fans of the Hosted Exchange service that helps our organization. It’s not "free" but saves us time and money from the efficiency it provides. I'll check this out tomorrow. We were able to get a non-profit account at youtube (longer videos), but Google's response to questions was completely missing.
